Pros
I always feel supported by the leadership team and no matter what, they always have a minute to spare if you need it. There is a plethora of support avenues to go down, the other consultants are always happy to lend an ear and help out, the leadership and directorship teams are great. The directors sit in the same offices as the rest of the staff so it doesn't have that "them and us" feeling. The rewards are great, lunch clubs, champagne here there and everywhere and the annual awards conference is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere in the office has a buzz about it and everyone lifts each other up and pushes each other to the best of their abilities. Genuinely a really great place to work and I would go as far as to say it's one of the best recruitment companies to work for in Birmingham.
Cons
Previously the building was a bit dated but phase one of the renovation is almost complete and it's giving the office a lovely buzz of excitement. There are more renovations to come so this is very much a non-issue now
