The initial stages of communication were relatively smooth, and I was provided with some helpful information about the role.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My experience with ExecutiveSurf was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, raising serious concerns about their stability and treatment of candidates. I was offered a Recruitment Consultant position in October 2024, with a start date set for January 2025. However, just before Christmas, I was informed that my start date might be delayed until March. When I expressed that waiting another three months—six months after the original offer—was not an option for me, the company withdrew the offer entirely. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, and it became apparent that the role was highly unstable. It was later revealed that the position was tied to a single client’s decision, something that was not disclosed during the hiring process. The lack of transparency and last-minute changes suggested poor planning and disregard for candidates’ time. Poor communication, financial instability, and sudden changes to my terms showed a lack of respect for my time. I cannot recommend ExecutiveSurf to anyone seeking a stable or professional employer.
