Pros
Fellow employees are good people. I would share a beer with any of them. It's a good place to learn and use as a stepping stone but don't plan on it being your career.
Cons
This company has gone too far in the reduction of benefits, reduction of raises, reduction of promotions. Management claims they are keeping in line with competitive companies. Exelis has a proven history of not being true to their word. Changing policies on a dime. In almost one breathe touting the slogan "One ITT", to a three way company split. In less than one breath telling employees to plan better for their retirement only to phase out the new pension plan immediately after. Time and time again pulling the rug out from under. It's like trying to follow a moth around a lamp post at night. People are finally fed up with management and starting to leave.
