- Salary sacrificing available for some devices - Extremely fast hiring process resulting in incompetent hires or staff members who leave the company very quickly. Extremely high turnover rate of staff, might as well be contractors - Free alcohol at office - because one severely needs a drink after work before leaving - Lots of great software to use but lack of filing system to navigate them

- Severe nepotism --> A lot of the employees are related or friends to either the managing director or management/leadership team - Lack of compliance --> Not having audits or legal reviews for systems and processes - High staff turnover - Unethical practices - Toxic management and leadership, culture at office is questionable - Income is significantly lower than industry standards and benchmarking - Micromanagement via. timesheets and forcing you to work at office - Leadership team lacking qualifications - whether it be practical experience or tertiary education - Incompetent induction process - No strategy or long term outlook, only cares about the bottom line - No potential to become a successful long term company or IPO at this rate - Burnout from lots of staff across the organisation resulting in high turnover
