The training is not enough for me and the office culture is not very good

Excellent for an Indian expatriate

Too much control with GM. Tendency to be dictatorial / autocratic. No devolution of powers (till I left). Too much powers centralized with GM. He has gone to the extent of giving a not-so-good review to the Central Bank (BoT) of an ex-employee. Majority of the employees are dis-satisfied. Poor work-life balance esp. for expatriates (normally Head of Dept.).
