Startup with limited vision. No actual relationships with any of the hyperscalers (Google, AWS, Azure). Lots of Micromanagement. No US client relationships yet. Hardly any diversity of employees. No additional benefits outside of health insurance with an average copay. Absolutely zero severance (or notice) if let go.
