maybe the fact that they have competent people working with them, but other than that nothing

everything is bad. worst communication ever with the hr and the managers and very unprofessional behaviour, they never reply and give you clarification, they tell you it's the last interview and then surprise you with other mandatory interviews where later they don't even bother to send a feedback or a response. recruitment process lasted more than 6 months, which is too much for a small company, because well everyone doesn't seem to reply. I wouldn't advise anyone to apply here!
