1. Despite having spent my career in elite organizations, this is by far the smartest group of co-workers I've ever worked had. 2. The mission-driven ethos of the company permeates among everyone here. All of my co-workers could be working somewhere else, yet they've chosen to work at Qadium because they believe in our mission. 3. Always learning, always growing: There are non-stop learning opportunities here. From the individual assignments to the frequent seminars and modules, Qadium seeks to give everyone the opportunity to grow. 4. People are really nice and believe in collaboration, including cross-functionally.
Cons
Basically what everyone else has written: It's an extremely fast-paced, growth-oriented start-up, so expect to work very hard, and at times, for long hours. That said, managers try very hard to provide as much flexibility as possible.
