- managers give team members autonomy to make decisions and own the outcomes of the work they are doing - tons of smart colleagues - lots of opportunity to drive change in the organization and help shape the future of the company - recognition for hard work and company wide impact - transparency from exec team
Cons
- execs can be a bottle neck on product development - normal high growth start up pains to be smoothed out - accountability could be better across all teams
