Pros
The company has gone through a period of transformation, which has created opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute in impactful ways. Leadership is clearly focused on long term growth, and there is a genuine effort to improve process, culture, and communication. The people are committed and resilient, and there's a shared sense that the direction is ultimately positive. While the past couple of years have been challenging, I am genuinely hopeful for the company's future.
