      Pros

      They use regus office and so that qualifies you for free coffee. Flexible working .but the manager will be monitoring when you are in office and not, every step of the way

      Cons

      For me not a great place to work, its simply a start up with a hire and fire culture. I will strongly advise potential employees to stay away from accepting thier employment offer.

      Pros

      The company has gone through a period of transformation, which has created opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute in impactful ways. Leadership is clearly focused on long term growth, and there is a genuine effort to improve process, culture, and communication. The people are committed and resilient, and there's a shared sense that the direction is ultimately positive. While the past couple of years have been challenging, I am genuinely hopeful for the company's future.

      With significant change comes uncertainty. Ways of working have been challenging at times, and not all transitions have been smooth.
