Pros

Remote work after COVID 19 Benefits

Cons

- Offshoring. Everyone in my BU were laid off over a year ago. We trained the new hires in India, and then we found ourselves (all employees) in a 3-minute call where they informed us we were no longer needed. - Commitment and tenure doesn't mean anything to this company. - Excesive micromanagement from the BU Director. - It was a huge disappointment, but also a huge lesson learnt: Don't ever choose your work over your life and your loved ones. The so called "extra-mile", overtime or any extra efforts will probably get you a promotion one day, but you can be replaced in 3 minutes, anytime.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
