Good team dynamics, people are intelligent and definitely room for growth. I would suggest this company to anyone who is a recent graduate and needs to gain some work experience. Experiences vary from team to team, but if you end up with leadership that believes in you, you will be able to learn a lot. `
Cons
As in most office environments there will be politics and you will notice that there are a few individuals who will use their skills in this arena to greater than career than actually being good at the job at hand. Promotions are handed to individuals who are ill prepared for the responsibility and lack the maturity to managed direct reports. There is also a major knowledge gap between teams - some teams are very informed versus others need a lot of hand holding.
