Pros
Supervisors throughout the programs are humble and strive for excellence and performance improvement meet expectations.
Cons
Too much Middle Management, Project Management and Finances do not work well with their systems and forecasts that end up cutting salary from workers and not management. Perks and bonuses do not go to workers, only management. Not a place to join if you want to build a resume in Management or Look for IT management roles as they are controlled by their Vendors.
