Inconsistent Management Practices - BDM Experis Employee Review

This location is not an ideal location for someone to work. The company is lost in it's own strategy, the leader in this office is incapable of strategic thought and personnel development and often gets confused about what is going on in a meeting. The recruiters of this organization are not professional. Many deals are lost as a result of poor recruiting practices and management doesn't care to fix them.
