Pros
good, supportive team environment: the team was sincere and communicative, creating a positive working environment flexible working schedule: as a working student, I had no problem taking breaks from work to study the exams/academic career learning opportunities: exposure to real-world projects helped me learn a lot of new things.
Cons
lack of mentorship: minimal mentoring from the seniors and leads, likely due to workload and stress levels low compensation: the pay for the working students is on the lower end compared to industry standards no benefits for students: no holiday or paid leave, which was offered by the companies I have previously worked for uncertain career prospects: despite initial promise for a full-time contract post-graduation, economic and internal issues led the withdrawal of the offer
