Thanks for your feedback. Can you please elaborate on "not available for some"? Also on "termination of employment is common for non locals"? We have employees working remotely if they wish to do so, and in various countries. There should be no difference in terms of termination of employment (which happens rarely - we rather just don't increase the salary) depending on where one works.
