Pros
If you're trying to choose between going homeless and not, maybe this would be a last ditch option. Then again, couch surfing might not be that bad of an idea..
Cons
I wanted to start with cons because of how much I've got to spill here that I'm not sure where to start, but here goes: - The product itself is not quite what it's peddled to be, internally. Unreliable and expensive, it is competing with industry heavyweights and inevitably strikes out a lot. - If market positioning wasn't enough of a concern, add the financial mismanagement of revenue sources by executive management: consistently late with paying vendor bills, including Salesforce, where it was shut off for nearly a week but teams were still expected to be productive. - Payroll: oh yes, this one is the best part of all.. if you get paid on time, THAT should be a surprise. I'd been told to fully expect not to be paid on time. - Turnover: those who see all the red flags and choose to do something about it have left and include people in significant positions of responsibility and privy to the internal workings of the company - Furniture has yet to be ordered because they "haven't decided yet" but we all knew pretty quickly that it was a ploy to cover for horrendous sales. - Markets themselves as a mature start-up but nothing is mature about the company but the unpaid bills
