(As on 4th Dec 2021 and from the observation of past two years) - The management of the company has settled all the past dues and the company is in well shape now. - Young talents are recognized as usual and the company is trying to push them to the next role possible. - We have no delays in salary and usually the salary is paid around 28th of every month. - The company is listening to the feedback from every employee and their inputs are valued much. - With the key focus on mutual growth of the company and employees, the attrition rate is much more lesser than ever and there are new people coming in. - The culture of celebration is on now in the form of weekly, monthly and annual awards and cash prizes. - Often there are freebies provided in the form of gifts, tours and other activities.
Cons
We may have tight deadlines to achieve at times but that too are rewards well at the end.
