      Pros

      - There's only one advantage that you work with developers and you covers the end to end flow

      Cons

      - you don't have your fix place - Even you don't have your system as well... U have wait for your turn to work - no any tools are used while execution - Also you have to serve 60 days notice period even though you are in your probation period
