      Low salary, heavy politics, lack of transparency in management level. Ineffective HR (when I used to be there)

      You have bosses who care about you as a person and will fight for you every second.

      Cons

      We are a luxury not a necessity, so with that comes hard work and constantly learning new things to be more competitive in the market.
