Pros

The morning meetings are a great way for you to start your day, there so positive and my makes you want to aim for a successful day. Makes you just want to be a successful person on generally with your business and personal life. They make you feel like your on a team and are always trying to lend a hand.

Cons

The hours are horrible! Well atleast for me I was traveling over an hour away just to get the office. Which you had to be in the office at 8:30 SHARP! And the meeting would end at 10. I was assigned the most "by the book" trainer and I hated it! But then again I knew failure wasn't an option. The morning commute was a nightmare it took me an hour to get to work from powder springs to dunwoody every morning.(FYI just as long as the morning business meeting last.) You were only getting paid $7.25 as base pay. Which includes the $7.25 for the meetings, breakdowns and tear downs. They also paid you 7.25 or performance pay. Whichever one was higher. So basically the more you sale the more you get paid technically. And honestly it should be ATLEAST 10.00 and hour. But besides all that crap after driving to dunwoody for the 8:30 sharp meetings, you had to also drive to whatever Sams Club they sent you too. So let's say after the meeting you were assigned to me at your event "SAMs club" at 11 then they would pay you 11.00 for your travel to the location. But they had two shifts. You could either work 11-4 or 2-7. And if you worked the 2-7 shift you didn't get paid for your travel. And I'm not talking about like 5 mins away. They would send you to SAMs club all over the northern Atlanta area. I was going to Duluth and Alpharetta! And on the weekends which you would every weekend you would just have to drive from you own house or location that you are at the time. All I'm saying is this company relies way to much on the employees cars and it shouldn't be that way they need to get a better system in place or provide company cars because that's why I had to quit they were not gonna put all that wear and tear on my car when I can find something closer to home saving gas! Saving time in traffic and saving money honestly. I would only take job if you live in the dunwoody/ sandy springs/ Buckhead area or anywhere else near by because the commute is not worth the base pay of 7.25!!! And maybe there is some really good money to be made here but I need to make good money instantly not over time !

Pros

I went into the interview at Exposure Events and was given an opportunity. The team at Exposure Events is so supporting and motivating. I have grown so much personally and professionally within the months I have been here. Not to mention the travel opportunity! So far in the few months I have been with the company, we've been to the Bahamas, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, California and more. Everyone has the same opportunity and determines their own success in the business. I look at it as getting paid for top notch business and marketing school! I have a double major in business and marketing and I have not learned nearly close to the amount I have learned with Exposure.

Cons

Some of the challenges working here are the hours, especially when not understanding the opportunity or sometimes forget about the opportunity. Everyone's biggest challenge is being able to switch from an employee to entrepreneur mindset. I soon realized it's putting the time in now for time later. Also, no one is alone through the challenges. To be honest, the challenges are what make the positives that much more rewarding.

Pros

Gaines some experience in HR

Cons

this company lies to make people think they are being hired for a different job than they are. They advertise under many different names. They also did not pay me once I put in my notice
