Pros
I was really surprised how fast they found me a job. When I went there, things were frazzled and all over the place. I didn't think they would find a job for me so quickly. They were efficient to give me a copy of my resume for my interview as well. It's a quick process, you fill out the paperwork, take the drug test, do some testing, and then they give you more testing to do at home.
Cons
At the San Jose office, there is one lady by the name of Linda who is absolutely rude. I was in shock how negative she was when visiting me at the job site, on my first week. Telling me basically I wouldn't keep the job because because my shirt looked "dirty" . As recruiters, they are supposed to be supportive, not look down at you and most of all, not RUDE! Customer service is key for any company, and if I could say something to her in a professional manner about her un-professionalism...well most likely I wouldn't get anymore jobs. She is the owner, so I am basically a number. Her subordinate had to apologize for her.
