Review - Account Manager Express Melody Employee Review

Express Melody is selling a good product which is royalty free music which is an alternative to businesses using music and wanting to save some money paying royalties. The entire outfit and product is exceptional. Employees are friendly but for some reason people don't talk much due to fear culture.

This is an owner managed company. Decisions are made by a dictator. Boss is impatient and only look for the bottomline. Culture is very bad. There's no employee engagement, growth programmes or anything you would expect. Everything is minimal. Boss goes around banging tables and shouting profanities in the office. Nothing is ever enough for him. Absolutely no work-life balance.
