      - Payments on time - Not much overtime - Some very nice and helpful colleagues (especially the non-Greeks)

      - No pay rises - No growth opportunities - Insufficient training - Old and conservative managers and working staff - Old technologies - No proper evaluation and recognition of the good work!! - Absolutely no consequence for people who constantly arrive late and never finish their work on time.
