Salaries are reviewed yearly and continue to rise with the growth and success of the business. The Management team work continuously to support colleagues develop and grow, giving up time to help if someone isn’t sure on something to shadowing. The career progression at Express Solicitors has always been one of working hard and you will go far, with over 80 trainee Solicitors currently working towards qualifying, we feel this speaks for itself. Express has a focus on promoting and growing from within, and why we do not offer training contracts externally, as we believe that when we hire our graduates, they will be our future Trainees.
