At first there was a glimmer of hope that the change would inject higher standards and better quality output, but alas with each round, the decline only accelerated instead. 🚩 In its hey-days, the company once held high standards for not only the product (in terms of privacy and quality), but also for its great working environment—with much higher levels of accountability, respect across teams, and a healthy work-life balance. That balance has since been toppled by rushed work with little notice, little rationale, and little regard for the teams (some of whom had to work through multiple weekends). 🚩 Transparency about the company's direction is virtually absent. Expect unannounced changes and restructuring instead, including two rounds in 2025 alone impacting multiple departments.
