Pros
Very few pros. Probably the only one is that they don't miss payments, but still, they don't pay at the end of the month as such a company should do and employees need to wait for the 5th day on the following month.
Cons
Badly organized. It is a huge company but only one person takes all the decisions, and that is the President. All the other major directors' roles are taken by the President's relatives. Low salaries, no possibility to grow, no career path.
