      NONE, Extal does not respond to customer requests. Extal NOT competitive

      Extal does NOT honor contracts. I have to take them to court to honor their contract and promises to pay.

      No management oversight. No structure

      Cons

      No compensation. Contracts are not worth the paper they are written on. Extal gives Jews a bad name
