Pros
They will offer above market $$ to begin with, and you will leave your job because it seems like a great place and opportunity. I am a thinker, a doer, and a leader, you tell yourself. I like to work hard, etc. This must be the place for me. Finally, a place that values hard work and dependability!!
Cons
Unfortunately, none of that matters. SLT is a joke, and everyone knows it. You can show up on time every day with bells on, and if this backwards company doesn't hit their numbers, you will be laid off. I was after we missed our quarterly numbers by like 85%. Not even close. This is the tip of the iceberg with Extant. They are truly the worst place I have ever worked.
