Pros

I've had an excellent experience working at Extend over the past year. The company fosters a collaborative, fast-paced environment where employees are trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong culture of growth and recognition. Hard work and results are noticed, and there are real opportunities for career advancement. I've been fortunate to grow significantly in my role and take on increasing responsibilities, supported by leaders and teammates who genuinely want to see each other succeed. The people at Extend are talented, supportive, and driven by a shared commitment to delivering value for our merchants and customers. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and focused on building a company where employees can do their best work. For anyone looking for a place where they can learn, grow, and contribute to an innovative team, I highly recommend Extend.

Cons

It's hard to find one. The biggest challenge is that the bar is set so high by the talented people around you—it pushes you to keep learning and growing every day.

Pros

Work life balance is what you make it. There are always things to work on and some people may burn themselves out trying to do it all. In the fast-paced start up environment that Extend is in, you have to manage that for yourself and work with your manager to push back when needed. Management is a real strength here. The leadership I have worked with truly care about their employees and are very open and honest with communicating what is happening at the company.

Cons

I don’t believe there are many people at the company with a solid understanding of the whole life cycle of our product from all aspects of the company. It’s challenging when something comes to your team and trying to determine ownership of who is responsible for correcting the problem.
