Have been through some ups and downs but the average employee tenure is long and the people genuinely care about each other The work - there is a lot to do across the board at this stage, so great opportunities to work cross-functionally and take on more to build your skills Transparency - weekly in-depth updates on how the business is doing cross-functionally vs current goals is not something many companies do, I think it gets a bit taken for granted sometimes, but is a huge plus in a startup environment

Transparency on future, not just the past - sometimes not being on the Executive team means 'playing telephone' and hearing about company's current strategy and direction from multiple sources rather than directly from leadership.
