Pros
This is the best place I have ever worked. The companies leaders are all very down to earth and come to any event we have or any volunteer events we do and they get to know the ones who work for them, They aren't just a name you see in meetings. The company does a lot of volunteer work which is so wonderful and makes me feel good to work for a company that really cares about people and charities and making a difference. And they reward their employees for their hard work and dedication with promotions from within. The managers over the different teams are amazing and really work with you to help you improve how to do your job even more efficient and better and really teach you. I absolutely love working here and have from the moment I started here. Extended Stay is a great place to work!!
