      - Disorganized Management - Budget cuts are sudden, with close to no notice about it imapacting non unionized employees or PSWs

      Pros

      Management is really on top of things and keeps pushing for improvement either financially or operationally. This mindset at the top drives improvement areas. Also location is very convenient (intersection of hwy 404 and 401) for the whole GTA. Work life balance is respected and indeed has a great work-life balance

      Cons

      Some operations people are not that finance savvy hence needs constant education and reminder how to review their financials
