Pros
- They are very aware that they know it will look good to have a diverse looking workforce - They talk a lot about transparency, although this is mostly all talk. When it comes down to it they are only letting employees know what they want them to know when they want them to know it. They a fair wage.
Cons
The company is very concerned about the color of everyone's skin but pays no attention to their business details and the costs that will eventually catch up with them once the financial backers realize that their money that's being wasted needlessly. This could be a good company if they would simply begin implementing sound business processes all the way through that could help them be successful in the long term. They also overwork their employees but they pay well so most simply put up with it for as long as they can. This is evidenced by the massive amount of churn within all levels of this company.
