Remote Work. No clocking in. There are opportunities for growth..,. because people are constantly leaving.

Cons

This is a startup pretending to be a growing AMZ agency. Other than the lack of benefits, criminally low pay, and using your own equipment, the biggest issue here is the owner/“CEO.” Everyone at the company had a “Owner Freak Out” story to the point that it was a running joke. Owner was described to me by the single long-term employee there (not even two years as of this post) as “volatile.” Here are a few direct quotes from the owner to me: “You only win by saying ‘everything is 100% my fault.’” (After I was paid the base salary I was promised, which was apparently an overpayment due to their absolutely insane commission structure) “What did you even do with that money? Where is it?” “I understand you’re applying this ‘emotional pressure’ on me but I won’t be emotionally manipulated by you.” (I had just signed my father’s Last Will and Testament and I was requesting not to take on another client) Last but not least, on my last day here I had a medical emergency which required hospitalization. Owner fired me via email with an AI written message with false allegations about client mismanagement. I had just gotten a glowing client review 7 days prior.
