Main advantage i found here is that we have to learn everything on our own. as no seniors will be available to help you.
and one more is that they will provide breakfast and dinner. still i don't know the logic behind not providing lunch (May be because shift timings)

** Important One **
We have to sign two years bonds with four digit salary and if we break the bond we have to pay Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lacks in words) unless they won't return our certificates which we have to submit while joining time.
1. Sometimes salary will be credited on 2nd or 3rd of the month. Actually this was least bothered issue unless if you have any billing due which was scheduled on 1st.
2. Salary composition is very less (as i cannot disclose it). even a daily wage labour guy will earn more than us.
3. No recognition for the work done and no scope to learn new technologies.
4. Worst part is that they will not switch on AC during early hours in a day. they will switch on the AC only after 12PM
5. Even in the weekend you have to provide on call support.
6. All the time you have to be with your mobile number, u can receive a call at any time 24*7
7. Allotting shift timings in an improper manner
8. No Support from management.
9. Even if you don't work if you are in good terms with your manager, then you will get promotion, leaves, hike etc.,
10. I don't know the reason whether the management will think that we are asking for company share when we ask for a leave.
