Pros

Company provides lunches or snacks for employees when they see fit. Benefits include accrued PTO and health, vision insurance for the employee only. If you need to add a spouse or children you pay 100%.

Cons

This company is owned by a husband (who runs the agency) and his wife (who is co-owner of the agency but also runs the law firm). After several years working here, I never received a promotion, let alone a review of any kind. You have to threaten to quit to get a raise, which is very a very typical thing for this company's employees to do. There is no culture or creativity. You are expected to be in your seat at your desk, even if you or your kids are sick. They have no empathy or compassion and will threaten to fire you if you call in sick. The owner is a male chauvinist and only hires women. The only males I have seen work here are his nephews. This company is dysfunctional at best.
