Pros

The teachers and grammar school principal were all thrilled to know we were helping their low performing kids. The kids were receptive to our approach of books and computer learning. It was a joy to see how far they advanced in just three weeks. My fellow coaches were all good people to work with. The 5:1 ratio of tutor to students was fantastic.

Cons

Sink or swim culture with training that was woefully inadequate. The computers were not working over half the time. The kids were most interested in learning with them, but were frustrated that they only worked half the time. Classroom supplies and books were often not available for all students. They frequently had to share books which became a hassle for all of us. it was sad to see how frustrated the Extreme Learning supervisors were with all the confusion and chaos.it was obvious they weren't getting what they needed from Corporate HQ
