      Co-workers are great to work with. Most of the employees are good people and personable.

      Cons

      Leadership has changed numerous times over the past 5 years. Every time a new CEO, CFO, CIO, VP of Marketing, or VP of Sales leaves, huge payouts are give to the executives which hurts the earnings and the average employee at the company.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
