      Pros

      Not many - they think they are a great company and open and honest and they might even sell you on that - but it's not true.

      Cons

      Too much politics - people get hurt while political war is going on. Company is managing up, employees are not being considered ever. Stock is not doing well for a reason - there are a lot of bad decisions and market sees that. Salaries are low, bonuses non existent for last 5 years, increases are not happening either.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
