      Pros

      Great switches and easy to learn. Positive atmosphere in general. The people at Extreme are usually good to work with and willing to share knowledge and ideas.

      Cons

      No focus on strategy as it seems to be more of a tactical operation. Way too many ups and downs to provide a truly stable environment.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
