      Always struggling to make numbers, Constant change, Increasingly political and less diverse, Practically no bemuses or recognition for top performers, Extremely hard to get promoted, Lack of budgets and time to market, Lack of focus.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
