      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Snacks. Other than, I can't say much.

      Cons

      Politics, lack of training, lack of real-world context, no vision, no movement. Not a single person of color or minority is seen in VP ranks. Terrible culture. No support from executive staff and layoffs will continue till Sept 30, 2015, if not more. Just look at the company stock price.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction

      No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
