      Pros

      Exceptional products - the stuff really works - Customer love it and it's easy to see why - consistently winning against much stiffer competition. Good product, simple processes - focus on customer is great.

      Cons

      Like all vendors - strategy is a little hard to find sometimes - aligning to that strategy is then harder. but no cons really.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
