Lack of guidance and strategy from management (If you ever even get to see or speak to them) Toxic management on the back of that. Zero culture. As said above, any ideas are swatted away by management as they feel threatened that the idea was not their own. On the flip side if the idea isn't credible you're made to feel stupid and insignificant.
