      Pros

      Truly able to contribute positive experiences to patients in need. Everyday is a learning experience. Can be proactive instead of reactive in mental health care.

      Cons

      The owner treats her staff like peasants. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect, it almost feels like she thrives on belittling her staff. Questionable coding for maximum insurance charges. Clearly only in business to make money, not for improving the quality of patient's lives.

      I learned a lot as an intern from digital to field marketing, creating analytic reports, and healthcare management.

      Cons

      The only downside was it was unpaid; however, I knew that going in.

      Unappreciative owner, morally and ethically inept. Fraudulent billing practice. Not a team player. Does not value others options. Selfish.
