Pros
The area is cool, and the money can be good.
Cons
The chefs, management, and ownership are very toxic, angry, and harsh. The FOH staff no longer speak to the chefs. One chef was completely out of control so I guess to avoid conflict they cut communication which is absolutely necessary between FOH and BOH. it all stems from ownership.
