The leadership team actively encourages everyone to pursue their personal career goals, and they provided me with the necessary resources and guidance to achieve them. This was evident when I decided to transition from QA to Software Development – a decision that might have been met with resistance, but was met with enthusiasm and support here. I felt valued and I learned a lot.

I think EyeCue pays slightly less than market standard, but in my view their other offerings compensate for that.
