Pros
Friendly team (the one I was in), nice office space. You can get some educational courses if the budget covers it.
Cons
They save money by using pirated software and it can delay the workflow. They employed a person who can earn a lot but has a bad personality, so it has to be tolerated by others, but if any other team member who doesn’t generate much income would act in a similar way they would get fired. The external companies they employed complained as they felt a lack of respect. The management can act friendly on a surface but can gasslight the employees because meeting goals is the only thing that counts. Some positions really do not offer any growth opportunities. Salaries are on the lower side. Work isn’t difficult, but when there’s more of it, bad management can make it hard for you.
